Just back from a nice 10 night stay in this hotel. Most things about this hotel are very good. location is perfect, just far enough away from the noise but close enough to take a lovely strool to everything. The staff are really great from reception to housekeeping. There is one particular member of staff that stands head and shoulders above everyone else, that young lady is Sonia , she is so good, the hotel should make more use if her talents, she is an accomplished violinist and pianists to go along with her great humour and friendly manner. She puts on a little show most evening and it's a pleasure to listen to her. she better than most entertainers that I've heard. the hotel also has a young lad named Micky playing the saxophone on Friday afternoons, if you get a chance to see him I highly recommend it, he's one if the best I've heard. This hotel has a lot of good things going for it, the pools and grounds are really nice, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, A great innovation they have is free water all over the hotel, A really great idea. The dining room needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard, the food is quite good for an all inclusive but the cooking and the description leaves a lot to be desired, also the dining room is so small that most times your playing elbows with the next table (a good way meet the next table). Overall this is a very good hotel and I would have no problem returning for another stay and I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel was as described and pleasant. Good points Clean and tidy Nice staff Plenty of space at the pool Room cleaned regularly Not so good points Food repetitive and not the best quality, we are out twice in five days No idea how the snack bar worked and no instructions although we could have asked Not much coctail choices Entertainment basic Overall the hotel is nice enough but for four star I’ve stayed in much better, I’d say a good quality three star

When we first arrived at the hotel the weather had changed for the worse. There was no heating on in the hotel and everyone was very cold when we complained the hotel provided additional duvets which was fine whilst in the room but little help elsewhere in the hotel. We raised this with Jet2 but got nowhere. There were also petty rules such as you could have as many glasses of house wine as you liked but were not allowed a bottle of house wine with your meal unless you paid for it even though we were all inclusive. There was also the issue of snacks from the pool bar which were not available unless you paid for them. Overall we would not return to this hotel.

Room not ready on arrival, once we received the key which we wore on our wrist (this was the best thing about the hotel) our room was very tired and in need of decorating but it did have a working fridge, and a free safe so that was a plus. Only one bar during the day for any drinks if it was dry you had to go to the pool bar if it was raining the lounge bar was open. The hot food in the restaurant was quite often cold, the food was quite unimaginative and it was best to wait until a particular tray was replenished to get it fresh, salad bar often sparce, soup was often the equivalent of a chicken or beef oxo. Snack bar not serving during specified times on occasions unless you wanted to pay! The entertainment was very poor both daily and night. Staff was generally helpful and friendly but jet2 rep only came on site one day during our one week stay - 2 days before we left! And Cala Bona and Cala Millor do not host welcome meetings which I found really frustrating as I usually book trips during this meeting. The gym was very disappointing unless you like lifting weights.

This was not my first choice of hotel but am so glad I stayed at the Cala Millor Garden On our late evening arrival cava and orange juice was offered also buffet food in the dinning room which was very welcomed Our room was at the front on the second floor pool side it was spacious clean and the decor was bright and stylish The bed was nice and comfortable I requested a kettle and cups as the standard room does not have coffee making facilities and our stay was half board plus I do like my cup of coffee during the day whilst sitting on the balcony The hotel is clean the food good and plentiful the staff happy helpful and welcoming The entertainment is good with varied acts The hotel has a peaceful ambiance and the grounds are beautifully kept The position of the hotel is good just a short walk to the beach and shops A lovely relaxing stay was had and I hope to return again

The hotel on the whole is very clean well run and is perfectly situated for the beach, shopping,bars and restaurants, rooms and food are adequate but some parts of the hotel are looking a little tired and it could do with a bit of a refurb, the pools and the outside grounds are of a very good standard. Great staff all round helpful and friendly but must give a special mention to Mario, Monica and Sonia who we found went above and beyond to make our stay all the better and stood out from a Very good all round team that they employ. Would I stay here again most definitely yes!

The hotel was great, very clean, very friendly staff and the food was grand, buffet style and lots of choice. There are no actual double beds here, just singles made up to be doubles but they were very comfortable so wasn't an issue. Water dispensers on every floor and free safe's in the rooms were a nice touch! I have definitely stayed in more luxurious 4 star hotels before but for the price we got we couldn't argue, all in all a great stay. We were half board so can't speak for the all inclusive package Tomeu Italian just down the street was an amazing restaurant and Port Verde is a very luxurious restaurant if you're after something a bit fancier, 8min taxi ride away for €8 and has an amazing view

Spacious garden, friendly and helpful staff and a breakfast and dinner buffet second to none ! Plenty of choices of meats, salads, fruits, bread, pastas and lots of vegetarian options. Ask for a ham and cheese omelette at breakfast, you won't be disappointed ! Comfy bed, good sized room and balcony. Great coffee (pod) machine - you might need to ask at Reception for a kettle if you're a tea drinker. Taxis a few steps from the front of the hotel and 2 bus stops around the corner. The only word of warning is the shower floor which is like an ice rink.
